Our Consultants help solve some of the most interesting and challenging business problems using Mercator Partners' structured problem-solving approach and proprietary frameworks. They develop the deep domain knowledge essential to become the trusted advisors of our clients. This combination of structured problem-solving and rich domain knowledge make our Consultants extremely effective within the project team. The workday of our Consultants is demanding and fast-paced. While working on projects, Consultants typically synthesize data and analysis from associates, interview domain experts and seek to guide the project team’s direction. Consultants are active and critical members of case teams. As Mercator Partners focuses solely on ICT strategy cases, team sizes tend to be relatively small; typically 4-6 people.
