Formal training
Mercator Partners offers a range of formal training experiences.
New candidates go through orientation and receive training
in various firm processes and analytical tools. Modules focus
on core consulting skills, such as problem solving, communication,
leadership and project management, and industry expertise,
such as current trends and issues in the major ICT sub-sectors.
Training programs are typically run twice a year, coinciding
with all-firm meetings at our Boston office. We also have
ongoing and ad hoc training programs tailored to individual
needs and topical issues.
On the job learning
