Working here People & places What we believe Client impact Apply Consultant/Sr. Consultant We seek energetic, highly motivated people with excellent academic credentials and 1-5 years of relevant experience at a: leading consulting firm other leading professional services firm such as an investment bank or law firm high technology company, for example a telecommunications or media/cable company Successful candidates will possess the relevant personal qualities that lead to being an effective consultant: resourcefulness, responsibility, tenacity, independence, energy, and self-confidence. Consultant positions entail research, interviewing, computer modeling, and analysis of industries. Sr. Consultant positions also entail project management. Consultants are responsible for identifying information sources, gathering and analyzing data, and presenting their findings. Applicants must be intellectually curious and interested in helping foster Mercator Partners' growth. An aptitude for numbers and analysis is crucial, as is the ability to communicate persuasively. Candidates demonstrating strong interest and/or experience in high technology industries – Internet, telecommunications, wireless, and broadband – may be a strong fit. Strong computer skills are also an advantage.
